We are sorry to hear that your issue did not arrive! We will be glad to mail you a replacement.
Regular Magazine Delivery
Each magazine should arrive before the 1st day of the named cover month. For example, you should receive your November issue by November 1. For The Atlantic's double issues, the first month is the named cover month.
Subscriptions mailed outside the United States sometimes take an extra two weeks to deliver. If you've had trouble receiving magazines on time, please let us know and we'll take a look at your account and try to improve delivery.
Report Missing Issues
To report a missing issue, please contact us and we'll be happy to replace or re-send your missing magazine issue.
To expedite this request, find the "Subscriptions, print or digital" option in the "What does this message concern?" drop down form field here. When asked "What problem are you having with your subscription?" please select "My printed magazine issues are not being delivered." We'll be sure to get back to you quickly.
We can only replace recent copies that have not arrived due to a postal or printing error. These instructions are not intended to replace magazine issues from the archives.
If you would like to replace a single magazine issue from the archives, you can find out how here.
