We're sorry you stopped receiving your newsletters! We'd love for you to keep reading. Please try a few of the solutions below.
Check Your Spam
Sometimes email providers inexplicably decide newsletters are spam. Please check your spam folder for the newsletters you have been missing. If you are using Google's Gmail, check your Promotions tab as well. Not all Gmail users will have a Promotions tab, but often emails from companies end up here.
Edit Your Subscriptions
To check in on your newsletter subscription and email preferences, you can also log in to your Atlantic account.
- Open your main account page and log in if you have not already.
If you do not have an account set up to manage your newsletters, learn how to create one here. - Under Newsletters, find the complete list of newsletter options from The Atlantic.
- Check these newsletters to make sure you are still subscribed to the emails you would like to receive.
Accidentally Unsubscribed?
Sometimes, we unsubscribe from all of The Atlantic emails when we intend to only remove ourselves from one.
Open up the last newsletter you successfully received to find the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter to update email preferences. You'll be able to add yourself back to newsletters here.
Please note: selecting "Unsubscribe" in the bottom of any email from The Atlantic will remove you from all emails from The Atlantic.
Tell Us About It
If you can't figure out how to get back on the newsletter emails or you just prefer to contact us, please do so!
