You can manage your subscription and your gift subscription details in your account. Here’s how to do so:
If you’d like to manage your subscription, please follow these instructions:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select “Subscription” in the menu located on the left side of the screen. Here, you’ll be able to change your billing information, turn on/off auto-renewal, or cancel your subscription.
If you’ve sent someone a gift subscription and would like to check if your gift was redeemed, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select “Subscription” in the menu located on the left side of the screen, then select “Gift Subscriptions.”
- All of your gifts will be listed, along with the subscription plans, redemption statuses, and expiry dates.
