Each issue should arrive before or during the named cover month. For The Atlantic's double issues, the first month is the named cover month. You can expect your issue no later than the 15th of the month in the United States, the 20th in Canada, or the 25th internationally.
Subscriptions mailed outside the United States sometimes take an extra two weeks to deliver. If you've had trouble receiving magazines on time, please let us know and we'll assist with delivery.
Here’s how you can report a missing or damaged issue:
- Sign in using the email address and password associated with your account. If you’re already signed in, select “My Account” in the top-right corner of TheAtlantic.com.
- Once you’re in your account homepage, select “Help” in the menu located to the left of the screen.
- Scroll down to the section titled “Missing an issue of the print magazine?” and select “Let us know.”
- To expedite your request, select the "Subscriptions, print or digital" option in the "What does this message concern?" dropdown form. When asked "What problem are you having with your subscription?", please select "My printed magazine issues are not being delivered." We'll be sure to get back to you.
Please note: We can only replace recent copies that have not arrived due to a postal or printing error. These instructions are not intended to replace magazine issues from the archive.
