Cancel through your Atlantic account by selecting Subscription, Manage Subscription, then Cancel, or contact Customer Care. Subscriptions continue through the current term without renewal or refund. Third-party subscriptions must be canceled through the provider.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Atlantic subscription at any time. To avoid a charge for a subsequent subscription term, cancel before your current term ends.
Cancel online
Create an online account or sign in to your existing account. If possible, use the email address associated with your subscription.
Step 1: Sign in to or create your Atlantic account.
If your subscription is not listed, connect your subscription to your account before continuing.
From your account homepage, select Subscription, then select Manage Subscription in the menu on the left side of the screen.
Step 2: Select Subscription, then Manage Subscription.
In the Manage Subscription section, select Cancel.
Step 3: Select Cancel in Manage Subscription.
Cancel through Customer Care
If you cannot cancel from your account, contact Customer Care.
What happens after I cancel?
Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for a subsequent term.
You keep access to The Atlantic and your subscriber benefits through the end of your current term.
If your subscription includes print products, you continue to receive purchased print products through the end of your current term.
Cancellation generally does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the remaining time in your subscription, except where required by law. See the Terms of Sale for details.
How do I cancel a subscription purchased through a third party?
If you purchased your subscription through a third party, such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you must cancel it through that third party. The Atlantic cannot cancel or refund a third-party subscription on your behalf.
Third-party subscriptions are subject to the third party’s billing, cancellation, and refund terms.
