Sign in or create an Atlantic account, open “Subscription,” and under “Billing Information” add and save a new payment method. Contact Customer Care for assistance. To edit personal details or your password, select “Edit” under “Your Account.”
How do I change the credit card for my subscription?
Create an Atlantic account or sign in to your existing account.
Select Subscription from the menu on the left side of your account homepage.
Scroll to Billing Information.
Select Add a New Payment Method.
Enter your preferred credit card information.
Select Save.
Future payments to The Atlantic will be charged to your new card.
Why can't I see my subscription?
If you are signed in but do not see your subscription, connect your subscription to your account before trying to update your billing information.
How do I edit my account information?
You can edit the first name, last name, email address, or password associated with your Atlantic account.
On the main account page, scroll to Your Account.
Select Edit.
